4.Zkušební doba a cenaTrial and priceProbezeit und Preis

Prvních 30 dní od ověření e-mailu je zdarma a k ničemu vás nezavazuje. Potom jsou nástroje dostupné s předplatným za 4 € měsíčně. Provozovatel není plátcem DPH, uvedená cena je konečná.The first 30 days after you verify your email are free and commit you to nothing. After that, the tools are available with a subscription of €4 per month. The operator is not registered for VAT; the price shown is final.Die ersten 30 Tage nach Bestätigung Ihrer E-Mail sind kostenlos und unverbindlich. Danach sind die Werkzeuge mit einem Abonnement für 4 € pro Monat verfügbar. Der Anbieter ist nicht zur Umsatzsteuer registriert; der angegebene Preis ist ein Endpreis.

Předplatné se platí kartou přes platební bránu Stripe a automaticky se obnovuje každý měsíc, dokud ho nezrušíte. Pokud si ho aktivujete během zkušební doby, první platba proběhne až po jejím skončení. O každé platbě dostanete doklad e-mailem.The subscription is paid by card through the Stripe payment gateway and renews automatically every month until you cancel it. If you subscribe during the trial, the first payment is only taken once the trial ends. Cenu můžeme změnit. Novou cenu oznámíme e-mailem aspoň 30 dní předem a platí až od dalšího předplaceného období po oznámení. Pokud s ní nesouhlasíte, můžete předplatné zrušit.We may change the price. 5.Zrušení předplatnéhoCancelling the subscriptionKündigung des Abonnements

Předplatné můžete kdykoli zrušit na stránce Můj účet tlačítkem „Správa předplatného a faktury“. Zrušení platí ke konci již zaplaceného období — do té doby můžete nástroje dál používat. Za nevyčerpanou část období se peníze nevracejí, pokud níže není uvedeno jinak.You can cancel the subscription at any time on the My account page via “Manage subscription & invoices”. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid for — until then you can keep using the tools. Unused parts of a period are not refunded unless stated otherwise below.Sie können das Abonnement jederzeit auf der Seite „Mein Konto“ über „Abo & Rechnungen verwalten“ kündigen. Die Kündigung wirkt zum Ende des bereits bezahlten Zeitraums — bis dahin können Sie die Werkzeuge weiter nutzen. Nicht genutzte Zeiträume werden nicht erstattet, sofern unten nichts anderes steht.

6.Odstoupení od smlouvyRight of withdrawalWiderrufsrecht

Jste-li spotřebitel, můžete od smlouvy o předplatném odstoupit bez udání důvodu do 14 dnů od jejího uzavření — stačí e-mail na info@aitranslator.cloud. Pokud už proběhla platba, vrátíme celou zaplacenou částku nejpozději do 14 dnů od odstoupení, stejným způsobem, jakým jste platili.If you are a consumer, you may withdraw from the subscription contract without giving a reason within 14 days of concluding it — an email to info@aitranslator.cloud is enough. If a payment has already been made, we will refund the full amount within 14 days of the withdrawal, using the same payment method.Als Verbraucher können Sie den Abo-Vertrag innerhalb von 14 Tagen nach Vertragsschluss ohne Angabe von Gründen widerrufen — eine E-Mail an info@aitranslator.cloud genügt. 7.Pravidla používáníAcceptable useNutzungsregeln

Nástroje nepoužívejte k ničemu nezákonnému, nezkoušejte obcházet přihlášení ani předplatné a nezatěžujte službu automatizovanými dotazy. Při závažném nebo opakovaném porušení můžeme účet zablokovat; nevyčerpanou část zaplaceného předplatného vám v takovém případě vrátíme.Do not use the tools for anything unlawful, do not try to bypass sign-in or the subscription, and do not burden the service with automated requests. In case of serious or repeated breaches we may block the account; in that case we will refund the unused part of the subscription you paid for.Nutzen Sie die Werkzeuge nicht für Rechtswidriges, versuchen Sie nicht, Anmeldung oder Abonnement zu umgehen, und belasten Sie den Dienst nicht mit automatisierten Anfragen. Bei schweren oder wiederholten Verstößen können wir das Konto sperren; den nicht genutzten Teil des bezahlten Abonnements erstatten wir dann.

Strojový překlad může obsahovat chyby — překlad technické dokumentace, a zvlášť bezpečnostních pokynů, musí před použitím zkontrolovat člověk.The tools are provided as they are. Machine translation can contain errors — translations of technical documentation, and safety instructions in particular, must be checked by a person before use.Die Werkzeuge werden so bereitgestellt, wie sie sind. Maschinelle Übersetzungen können Fehler enthalten — Übersetzungen technischer Dokumentation und insbesondere Sicherheitshinweise müssen vor der Verwendung von einem Menschen geprüft werden.

Snažíme se o nepřetržitý provoz, ale dostupnost nezaručujeme; služba může být dočasně nedostupná kvůli údržbě nebo výpadku poskytovatelů.We aim for uninterrupted operation but do not guarantee availability; the service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance or outages at our providers.Wir bemühen uns um einen unterbrechungsfreien Betrieb, garantieren die Verfügbarkeit aber nicht; der Dienst kann wegen Wartung oder Ausfällen bei Dienstleistern vorübergehend nicht erreichbar sein.

Za škodu vzniklou používáním nástrojů odpovídáme nejvýše do výše předplatného zaplaceného za posledních 12 měsíců. To neplatí tam, kde zákon omezení odpovědnosti nedovoluje — zejména u škody způsobené úmyslně nebo z hrubé nedbalosti a u práv spotřebitelů, která nelze smluvně omezit.Our liability for damage arising from the use of the tools is limited to the subscription fees paid in the last 12 months. This does not apply where the law does not permit such a limitation — in particular for damage caused intentionally or by gross negligence, and for consumer rights that cannot be limited by contract.Unsere Haftung für Schäden aus der Nutzung der Werkzeuge ist auf die in den letzten 12 Monaten gezahlten Abo-Gebühren begrenzt. Reklamace a stížnosti posílejte na info@aitranslator.cloud. Vyřídíme je bez zbytečného odkladu, nejpozději do 30 dnů.Please send complaints to info@aitranslator.cloud. We will deal with them without undue delay and within 30 days at the latest.Beschwerden senden Sie bitte an info@aitranslator.cloud. Wir bearbeiten sie unverzüglich, spätestens innerhalb von 30 Tagen.

Spotřebitel má právo na mimosoudní řešení sporu. Příslušným subjektem je Česká obchodní inspekce, adr.coi.cz.Consumers have the right to out-of-court dispute resolution. The competent body is the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (Česká obchodní inspekce), adr.coi.cz.Verbraucher haben das Recht auf außergerichtliche Streitbeilegung. Smlouva se řídí českým právem. Je-li zákazník spotřebitelem s bydlištěm v jiném státě EU, nejsou tím dotčena ochranná ustanovení práva tohoto státu.The contract is governed by Czech law. If the customer is a consumer living in another EU country, this does not affect the protective provisions of that country’s law.Der Vertrag unterliegt tschechischem Recht.
